I have to say that there are some days when I simply don’t want to eat breakfast. Yes, I know, that it’s the most important meal of the day.
But sometimes I get tired of eating the same thing.
I am trying to eat healthier and love this recipe because it is actually very filling, includes yogurt, which is excellent for digestion, plus the amount of fruits that I’m supposed to eat a day!
This breakfast yogurt is simple and versatile, since you could change the fruits or swap the honey for agave nectar, etc.
•8 tablespoons of plain yogurt
•6 strawberries ( cut into small pieces)
•1 peach (cut into small cubes)
•1 apple (cut into small cubes)
•1 banana ( sliced and cut into smaller pieces )
•2 tablespoons of granola
•chocolate sprinkles (if desired)
Yields 2 servings
The easiest way is to place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and serve. However, Not everyone likes honey, or might complain that the other person got more fruit than the other. 😦
So, what I do is that I divide everything between two bowls, starting with the yogurt, the strawberries, peach, apple and the banana. After that, people decide if the want to add honey, granola, chocolate sprinkles or all three!
I hope you enjoyed this post!

Good Luck !
With the hot weather finally upon us, it is important to remember that while we may enjoy going to the beach and having a beautiful tan, there are serious consequences when we get to much sun exposure.
Overexposure to the sun can cause:
•Premature aging of the skin
•Skin Cancer including Melanoma
A considerable amount of people are diagnosed with skin Cancer.
Many of these skin Cancers could have been prevented with adequate sun protection.
In addition, protecting yourself from the sun is one way to cut down on the lines and wrinkles that develop with time.
The American Academy of Dermatology recomends everyone to wear sunscreen that offers the following:
•broad spectrum ( protects against UVA/UVB rays )
•sun protection factor SPF 30 or greater
Here are some of my favorite sunscreens:
Don’t forget to wear special sunscreen for your lips !
My last tips for protecting your skin:
• wear a hat
•wear light colored clothing
•wear sunglasses with UVA/UVB protection
•avoid tanning beds
Well my lovely ladies, you are now ready to enjoy the outdoors ! 💋
Many of us suffer from bloating and it can be quite frustrating.
One day you can wake up with a flat tummy and the next you feel like you gained 10 pounds !!! Sound familiar ?
This feeling is not only physically uncomfortable but also may affect our mood and self-esteem.
So why does this happen and how can we prevent it ?

To reduce bloating, it may help to avoid or reduce intake of the following :
•milk and milk products
•sugar substitutes(sorbitol, mannitol and xylitol )
•whole wheat bread
Simple changes in your daily lifestyle and dietary habits can add to relief .
Eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and exercise 🙂
Try this :

•skip the gum and hard candy
•eat smaller meals more often
•yogurt containing probiotics ( good bacteria )
Remember, foods affect different bodies in different ways.
If you are concerned about how often you feel bloated, try to keep a food diary to identify specific foods that you should avoid.
If your problem is chronic, you should talk to your Doctor !
